Do you have an idea for a brand-new mentor program but aren’t sure where to start? We can help! With over 30 years of experience assisting in the development and launch of new mentor programs across Rhode Island, we are looked to as the statewide expert in this area!
Regardless of program model, potential scope, or overall goals, our team will work with you to finalize and launch the program you want to build!
This initial conversation will allow us to learn more about the program you want to launch. We’ll talk through an initial timeline and you will gain additional information about our services. You will leave this meeting with an invitation to our next Mentor Program Coordinator’s Training!
This 7-hour training set over the course of 2 days will teach you about the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring, a set of research-backed practices and procedures that act as the framework for a highly effective, successful mentor program. You will leave this training with resources and templates for your own use!
After attending the Coordinator’s Training, our team will work with you to develop a personalized plan for developing and launching your mentor program. You’ll meet regularly with a member of our Program Development team to work on implementing processes and procedures leading up to your program’s launch!
After launching your program, you will immediately become part of our network of mentor programs across Rhode Island! Connect with other programs for collaboration, receive invitations to monthly workshops, and stay up to date with brand new resources.
As you operate your mentor program, we’ll be there to help you navigate new challenges, assess your program operations, and develop new processes or procedures for continued success.
