Meet Trinity and Allybeth

Connecting and achieving

Alli Beth and Trinity first met in March of 2024. At the time, Trinity was struggling academically and was placed under the requirements of state truancy court to better both her attendance and her grades. Trinity was identified as a great candidate for being connected with a mentor by her guidance counselor at the middle school she attends.

Alli Beth, at the time, had just joined the Warwick Mentor Program. Trinity would become her first mentee! The two immediately found a connection. With Alli Beth being the oldest sibling to two younger brothers and four younger sisters, she was not a stranger to assisting with schoolwork or with providing guidance, encouragement, positive praise or careful criticism.

The pair got to work, completing assignments, creating accountability, and rewarding progress and success all while building a great bond and a fun demeanor with each other. Their competitive nature leads to some high intensity board and card games, and their banter is truly so fun to watch.

In February of 2025, Trinity was awarded a certificate of achievement for the student with the Most Improved Attendance on her 7th grade team!
